Zones of Regulation
The Zones of Regulation is a program to help educate children on self-regulation skills by identifying their emotions/states of alertness in relation to one of the four colored zones.  Once the zone has been recognized, your child will develop a “tool box” of coping strategies to assist them in their level of alertness and/or calm, depending on the situation or setting. The goal is to empower each child by improving their ability to successfully participate in their daily activities.
