Become a Surrogate Parent

A Surrogate Parent is a person who is appointed to act in the best interest of a student with a disability when that student's parent/guardian is unable to make educational decisions.  The Surrogate Parent is a part of the student's Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Team and works with the school to plan the student's Special Education Services.  If you are interested in becoming a Surrogate Parent please email Lisa Nakutin at [email protected]
