RESTORATIVE PRINCIPALS AND PRACTICES
Restorative Practices involve techniques to build and restore relationships through equal opportunity sharing and listening. This one-day training will be divided into three sections. The first section will review the fundamentals of restorative practices. Next, we will distinguish the difference between proactive and reactive circles. Lastly, we will discuss how to connect restorative practices with positive behavior interventions and supports.
