In this two-day course you will learn to respond to crisis behavior by recognizing how to manage your attitude and reactions in order to influence a positive outcome.  Develop limit-setting strategies and strengthen nonverbal communication skills.  Practice both non-restrictive disengagement skills and restrictive hold skills to ensure a safe resolution.
