In this two-day course school district staff in the Santa Clarita Valley will learn to respond to various levels of crisis behavior by managing their own reactions in order to influence a positive outcome.  Develop limit-setting strategies and strengthen verbal and nonverbal communication skills. Practice both non-restrictive disengagement skills and restrictive physical intervention skills to ensure a safe resolution.
