Based on the principles of nonviolent crisis interventions (NCI), this one-day course provides training to help school district staff to de-escalate crisis behavior.  Learn to manage your own reactions in order to influence a positive outcome.  Develop limit-setting strategies and strengthen verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
