This 3-hour Community of Practice session will provide BCBAs with dedicatedtime to collaborate, problem-solve, and share practical strategies aroundcurrent topics and challenges in the field. Participants will engage in facilitatedtable talks based on needs and interests, with opportunities to discuss real world scenarios, exchange resources, and identify effective practices thatsupport students, staff, and teams across educational settings. 

Through structured discussion and peer collaboration, BCBAs will exploreshared challenges, highlight what is working, and generate actionable ideasthat can be applied within their own districts and programs. The session isdesigned to strengthen collaboration, build consistency across the SELPA, andsupport ongoing professional learning through collective expertise.
