This 3-hour Community of Practice session will provide BCBAs with dedicated time to collaborate, problem-solve, and share practical strategies around current topics and challenges in the field. Participants will engage in facilitated table talks based on needs and interests, with opportunities to discuss real world scenarios, exchange resources, and identify effective practices that support students, staff, and teams across educational settings. 

Through structured discussion and peer collaboration, BCBAs will explore shared challenges, highlight what is working, and generate actionable ideas that can be applied within their own districts and programs. The session is designed to strengthen collaboration, build consistency across the SELPA, and support ongoing professional learning through collective expertise.
